Terms of sale:

A 50% deposit will be requested once the appointment is booked. This payment serves as a confirmation of the appointment. It can be made by bank transfer or cheque. All details will be provided to you when booking the appointment.

The final 50% payment is not requested until the day and can be paid by cheque, transfer or cash.

Cancellation policy:

You can reschedule any appointment date as long as it is not less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If High Heels needs to reschedule an appointment, we will also confirm this to you no less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Gift vouchers:

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
